Tannach and District Community Fund

This is a new charitable Fund provided by Whirlwind Renewables, the developer of the Wathegar I Wind Farm to benefit, the Tannach and District Community. The Community Council operates as the local Panel for this Fund and makes recommendations about the Fund strategy and grants made from the Fund. Foundation Scotland administers all grants made from the Fund. The Tannach and District Community Council is currently contributing to discussions about developing a Caithness-wide Fund so some aspects of this Fund may change in future.
