No Campaigning Today - Housework, Laundry and baked a Chocolate Cake

Sundays are not campaign days so it was on with the usual house work, laundry and then baked a chocolate cake to have with my afternoon coffee. The raspberry Jam was from the batch I made last August from rasps we planted over the years and now have quite big crop every year. Gave away a few pots last year and need to get using up the remaining ones before its time to make the 2022 batch. Fresh rasps are also great with ice cream - yumm.

Lentil soup made and some put to the freezer. I make lentil and chicken soups most often so usually have them in the freezer for quick lunches.

Still time to do a few other tasks including writing a short article about me for the John O'Groat Journal requested by the editor form all candidates.
