Empower Her For Young Women In Thurso

"Empower HER is a group designed to give young women in Thurso a social space that is safe, inclusive and informative as well as being fun and a place to meet new people. It is for those that identify as women and are aged between 15 and 25 years. They'll meet fortnightly on a Thursday evening between 7pm and 9pm in a central Thurso location - which will be disclosed after booking.

Sessions will include things like learning practical life skills such as DIY, cooking and repairing and mending, there will also be guest who come along to talk about relationships, managing money, mental health and lots more.
