I am very much looking forward to working alongside Issac and others in HYP - as well as other groups - to help ensure young people in the Highland's continue to be heard in the decision making process. COVID-19 has highlighted the pre-existing challenges young people face and we need to address these challenges directly if we want to successfully recover, so now more than ever young people need to be heard."
Isaac Beckley from Glenurquhart who was elected Vice-Chair noted, "I am delighted to be HYP's new Vice-Chair, and I am excited to work with you all to ensure young people's voice are heard. I hope to help increase the membership and participation of HYP all around the area."
