Postcode Community Trust.
What is the funding for?.

Postcode Community Trust provides funding for projects in Great Britain relating to the following themes:

Improving community health and wellbeing
Arts and physical recreation
Reducing isolation
Grants are available for between £500 and £20,000 and for up to 12 months in length.

How to apply

Applications are made through two stages. Those successful at Stage 1 progress to Stage 2. If successful at Stage 2, the organisation will receive the total funds requested in their application. You can apply online at http://www.postcodecommunitytrust.org.uk/ once the Stage 1 window opens.
