5 Excuses for Not Having Young Trustees

Research shows that many charities have something in common - they don't have trustees under 27.
In her guest blog on the OSCR site, Cordelia Sampson - Chair of Trustees at Edinburgh Students' Charities Appeal, talks about why charities don't have young trustees.
We are fairly sure that Caithness charities have may older trustees doing a great job but do we all need to do more to find younger people to be trustees.
This blog is enlightening. If you are under age 27 or even 37 or 47 check out the many voluntary groups on this site in Caithness and think about approaching them to be on the committee or board.
