Citizen Science Event: Dunbeath Strath - calling all lichen lovers!

Join Caithness Countryside Rangers for a morning of Citizen Science at Dunbeath Strath.

A short introductory session at Dunbeath Heritage Centre will be followed by a stroll up the Strath to gather survey data on the local lichen colonies.

All volunteers very welcome! If you have some previous experience, that's great. If you are new to lichens we can give you the information you need to take part and learn a little about these fascinating organisms.
