Local Museum is new collection point for Food Bank

Residents of Caithness can now drop donations to the local food bank into Caithness Horizons Museum in Thurso. Canned, dried and tinned food products can be submitted to Caithness Horizons reception team who are working with the Highland Foodbank volunteers.

The Museum is open Monday - Friday 10am-6pm Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday (May - August) 12noon - 5pm

The Highland Foodbank office in Thurso is based at 13 Princess Street and is open on a Tuesday from 14.00-16.00 and 12-14.00 on a Friday.

The Highland Foodbank is part of the work of Blysthwood care, supported by the Trussell Trust.
