Funding Opportunity - Partnership Drugs Initiative (Scotland)

11th October 2013

The Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland has announced that its Partnership Drugs Initiative (PDI) is now open for applications.

The overall aim of the PDI is to increase the well-being of children and young people affected by drugs and alcohol. In particular the Foundations wants to support:
Children and young people affected by parental substance issues (drugs and alcohol)
Pre-teen children at high risk of developing problems with drugs and alcohol
Young people who are developing or have established substance use problems (drugs and alcohol).

There is a two-stage application process for the Partnership Drugs Initiative (PDI) awards. Applicants need to be registered charities based in Scotland and they will need to work with their local Alcohol & Drug Partnership (ADP) to complete an initial outline application. Your ADP will need to submit the completed form. Funding is available for up to three years. Projects will still need to identify 50% matched funding for proposals and support and endorsement from the ADP is also a requirement for receiving support.

The closing date for submitting the initial outline application form is the 22nd November 2013.
