Trustees Week Is Coming - You Can Help A Caithness Group

4th October 2013

Trustees Week is running from 4th November to 10th Novermber 2013 to highlight the valuable contribition people who join the boards of charity groups make to their communities.

Trustees and directors of the boards of thousands of local charities make it possible for charities to run legally. If you think you might be interested in joining a board in Caithness you can contact them directly to ask about volunteering to join their committee or board.

In Caithness many groups have members with committees and also a board of directors who fulfil many of the legal requirements that enable them to function and raise funds to carry out their work or promote health and sports, assist the elderly, or provide information or friendship to wide range of people. There are local groups for children, elderly youth groups, uniformed groups and many others.
