Funding Opportunity - Life Transitions Programme

The Nominet Trust has announced that it is currently seeking applications through its Life Transitions programme. The Life Transitions programme funds innovative ventures using digital technology to support people during periods of transition, such as moving in and out of employment, bereavement, or moving in and out of a healthcare environment. The programme is open to applications form from people and organisations that are using digital technology to best support people during periods of transition. Typically, grants are in excess of £50,000 to support ventures in developing a stable digital product and sustainable business model.

Memory Box is harnessing the power of the internet and social media to collect and share digital content that can be used to create interactions between dementia sufferers and their families and carers. The next deadline for Stage 1 applications to this programme is 27th November 2013.
