Early showers of rain gave way to sunshine at the annual Orkney Show on Saturday.

The crowds including a contingent from Caithness, were treated to a fine display of stock, trade stands and a varied entertainment programme, not least the Jarl squad from Shetland and the Kirkwall City Pipe Band.
