Earth Hour Event Simple Bushcraft - Fire lighting.

Saturday 19th March. 7pm - 9pm.
The Seadrift Visitor Centre,
Dunnet Bay.

Come and have a go at starting fire using the age old method of the wooden bow drill just like a real Bushcraft expert. It is not as easy as it may look we will guide you during the session to hopefully help you learn this ancient method. You can also have a go at using fire steels and learn some simple knot tying.

We will finish off the night by toasting some marshmallows over the expert fire started by your efforts.

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied!
