Creepy House Reading Challenge Awards At Wick Library

In this year’s Annual Reading Challenge a record 83% of children from the East Caithness area completed the Summer Reading challenge.

The Medal and Certificate presentation took place at Wick Library on Saturday 25th August. Presenting the awards were Councillors Neil Macdonald, Gail Ross, Bill Fernie, Willie Mackay and Gillian Coghill, along with Library Supervisor Robbie Macdonald.

Apart from reading all the books the children also created a huge creepy mural in the main library.
