Local resident wanted to represent communities on decision making Panel

8th February 2018

A vacancy has arisen for a local person to serve on the Stroupster Community Fund Panel. The representative must reside within the Dunnet & Canisbay Community Council area and be 16 or over.

This is a real opportunity, for the local community to influence how the fund is spent and continues to provide a value and benefit to the area.

The panel is made up of nine community representatives who meet approximately three times a year.

If you are interested in fulfilling this role, you can register your interest online at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Stroupster. Alternatively a nomination form can be requested from the local Foundation Scotland representative, Eilidh Gunn.

Nomination forms must be completed and returned to Foundation Scotland by 5pm on Friday 2nd March 2018. In the event of more nominations being received than there are vacancies in each area a drop-in election will be held at the Community Council meeting in March.
