Another Drug Dealer Caught As Police Keep Increasing Activity

24 year-old man arrested following seizure of £77,000 worth of controlled drugs in Inverness.
On Wednesday 28th January 2015, as a result of ongoing police activity to combat the supply and distribution of illegal substances, officers attended a property in the Drummond area of the city and recovered around £77,000 worth of controlled drugs. As a result of the operation, a 24 year old man was arrested and is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court.
Divisional Intelligence Manager, Detective Inspector Brian Mackay said:"Police Scotland Highland and Islands Division remains committed to disrupting the supply of illegal drugs across the division.
"Drug use can blight the lives of many individuals not to mention entire communities, often exploiting the most vulnerable members of society.
