Christmas Local Artist Exhibition
2nd December until 25th January
Our annual Christmas exhibition which is currently open to all artists living and working in the Highlands, will take place throughout December and the festive period. The exhibition will be shown in both the Café and the Gallery. All work will be for sale and all will be original art works. We have had quite a few submissions already and it's looking to be an exciting and varied exhibition. It will be possible to take bought pieces away before the end of the exhibition if it is needed before Christmas.

Special Events

Christmas Market
6th December
10am - 4pm
On 6th December we will be running our annual Christmas Market. There will be up to 24 stalls selling locally made/crafted/produced goods. The TTIA Thurso Christmas Fun Day will also take place on the 6th December and the TTIA Santa’s Grotto will be in Caithness Horizons throughout the day so the building should be bustling with people and Christmas spirit! There is also a rumour of some festive furry friends outside our building that day! Please see below.

Cairngorm Reindeer
6th December
Courtesy of Thurso Town Improvements on Saturday 6th December Thurso will be visited by four Cairngorm Reindeers. They will be outside our building from 12 noon to 3pm for you to come and say hello to. There is no charge for this but donations are welcome. Please see www.thurso.org for more info.

Thurso Town Improvements Santa’s Grotto
TTIA will be holding their fantastic and very popular Santa’s Grotto in Caithness Horizons again this year. Santa will be here on Saturday 6th and Saturday 13th December. Please contact Thurso Town Improvements for more information www.thurso.org
