Mask Making at the Seadrift Centre. Wednesday 16th July. 11am - 1pm.
Kids! Join the Rangers and make your own mask from everyday items. All materials provided. Children must be accompanied - limited numbers. Price £2 per child. Booking essential.

Sandside Head (Reay) Sea Watch. Wednesday 16th July. 3pm - 5pm.
Bring binoculars or use our telescope and to search for and learn about whales, dolphins and porpoises with the Ranger. Meet at Sandside Harbour car park NC 957659. Price Adults £3. Conc £2.

Scullomie to Sletell. Friday 18th July. 3pm – 6pm.
Lovely coastal hill walk on the east side of the Kyle of Tongue. Wonderful views and wildlife on route to the abandoned post-clearance village of Sletell. Meet at roadside parking above Coldbackie beach NC 612601 to pool transport. Suitable walking gear required. Price Adults £3 conc £2.

Portskerra to Melvich. Monday July 21st. 6pm - 9pm.
Evening stroll with the Ranger to look at the wildflowers and wildlife in this area (one rocky area - walking boots required). Meet at Portskerra old harbour slipway (not the pier) NC 877664. Price Adults £3 conc £2.

Thurso Rock Pools. Wednesday 23rd July. 11am – 1pm.
Family rock pool activity discovering the creatures found in the pools by Thurso Castle. Wear welly boots, some nets provided but bring your own if you wish. Meet by Caithness Livestock Breeders by Thurso River ND124687. All kids must be accompanied. Price Family £5.

Holborn Head Sea Watch. Wednesday 23rd July. 3pm – 5pm.
Use our telescope and bring your binoculars to search for and learn about whales, dolphins and porpoises with the Ranger. Meet at bottom of Holborn Head lighthouse road ND 107706 (do not drive to lighthouse – private road). Price Adults £3 conc £2.

Kite Making at Borgie Log Cabins. Friday 25th July. 11am – 1pm.
Kids come and have fun at the Borgie Log Cabins NC 663565 making and flying your very own kite made from everyday items. All materials provided but booking essential. All children must be accompanied. Price Children £2 each.

Skerray Coast. Friday 25th July. 2pm – 5pm.
Superb coastal cliff walk at Skerray passing Torrisdale Bay and Island Nieve enjoying great views, geology and wildflowers. Reasonable level of fitness and suitable walking gear required. Meet at Skerray Village Hall NC 672626. Price Adults £3 conc £2.
