INNES gathering at the “Aberlour Hotel” about 1925

William Innes was born in 1822 at the family farm called Craighead located in Glenlivet. and remained there until his death in 1890.

He married Margaret Grant and shown in this picture are No.7 Margaret Mary born 1851 and her sister No.12 Janet Jessie born 1855..
No.6 is Peter McWilliam who helped build the “LOUR HOTEL”>

After the death of Margaret Grant he married Margaret Shaw. Her children in this picture are:
No.1 Charles born 1872 No.3 Helen born 1868, No.4 William Innes born 1866, No.10 Alexander born 1876, No. 11 John and No.13 Donald born 1864.

I have given each person in this picture a number to make it easier for you to identify.
