High Life Highland is delighted to invite you to ‘get the habit of a lifetime’ by taking part in our Commit to Change challenge. This brand new initiative builds on the success of our Move It To Lose It campaigns and offers people across Highland the opportunity get the habit of a lifetime by building exercise into their daily routine.

Research suggests that it takes just 21 days to form a habit – whether good or bad!

For the 21-day duration of the challenge each High Life Highland Leisure Centre will be running special 30-minute exercise classes designed to help build a long lasting healthy habit.

Free health MOT (from 7th – 13th January)
Commit to Change runs from 14th January – 3rd February
You get points every time you exercise, which you can turn into discounts on spa treatments!

One lucky participant will win a luxury weekend for two at Kingsmills’ Kingsclub and Spa, Inverness

Commit to Change is free for all-inclusive High Life members
